ABOUT FLOAT HOPE- HOPE GRANTED TO KIDS WITHOUT MEANS

Float Hope provides the "gift of swimming as a life skill and sport year round" to children in our community.

We now fund 102 children, starting ages 6-9, who are expected in a few short years to enter high school having learned swimming as life skill and sport. Float Hope embeds an advantage to disadvantaged children. Your support advantages these children to attend high school  then college being a student athlete. What was once a child with little hope becomes a disciplined competitive swimmer with realistic expectations of succeeding in high school and college. Its a commitment year round, gifted to needy children who want to swim as a way out.

Logistics, sign ups and transportation as well as communication and qualifying the children are provided by the Gifford Youth Achievement Center & the Boys and Girls Clubs of Indian River County at no cost to Float Hope.
